This renovation project involves a four-floor office within a nine-floor building with two undergoing full renovations and the others receiving partial renovations. I serve as both designer and project manager, overseeing all phases from schematic design (SD) to construction administration (CA). My responsibilities also include finish selection, concept design, bid analysis and leveling, and leading project tasks during construction administration.

From conception to construction, I served as the lead designer and PM for this project. We collaborated closely with the tenant’s millworker to develop a fit-out design that established a distinctive new identity for their shops. Through discussions and iterations, we ensured the final concept aligned with the tenant’s vision.
