From conception to construction, I served as the lead designer and PM for this project. We collaborated closely with the tenant’s millworker to develop a fit-out design that established a distinctive new identity for their shops. Through discussions and iterations, we ensured the final concept aligned with the tenant’s vision.

As project manager and design lead, I led a three-person team in developing a new lobby design with an added elevator to provide accessibility for the basement, ground, and second floors. We also implemented various base building upgrades and tenant separations for the client. During construction, we encountered unexpected site conditions. To overcome these challenges, we conducted assessments and collaborated closely with contractors and engineers, to ensure the project stayed on track and met client requirements.
