Bloor Tower Proposal
This mixed-use residential tower was designed to resemble draped fabric flowing in the wind. In this project, I collaborated with the practice lead to develop a Grasshopper script that facilitated rapid variations across each floor. Additionally, I created the Rhino model and produced renderings and presentations for community meetings. I also contributed to the development of the rezoning drawing set, ensuring that our design effectively communicated the vision and met the necessary regulatory requirements.

The design concept for this project aimed to evoke an alien world, drawing on Art Nouveau as a foundational reference. Collaborating with the principal and a senior designer, I served as the primary designer, refining collaborative ideas and building them in SketchUp and Rhino models. I also presented the project to clients, produced renderings and videos and developed all final fabrication drawings.
